2023 Panel Submissions Now Being Accepted

Have an idea for a panel at AMERICANAFEST? For two decades, this leading forum has featured top-tier professionals and creatives discussing and engaging in various relevant topics on the ever-changing landscape of the music industry.

Now you can have the opportunity to start a conversation and provide an educational experience that will resonate with an attentive audience in the Americana community.

Your idea may include a pitch for:

• Panels
• Interviews
• Workshops
• Seminars
• Book reading, selling and signing
• Film screening and discussion
• Speaking opportunities

Additional Info to Know When Submitting a Panel Pitch:

Keep the AMERICANAFEST Conference audience in mind. This would be attentive industry professionals including record labels, distributors, streaming services, radio programmers and promoters, media, artists, musicians, songwriters, artist managers, agents, students, entertainment attorneys.

Represent diversity in your programming. Consider gender, ethnicity/race/culture, age and area of expertise when proposing panelists and speakers. Diversity of panelists will be a key factor in the development of our conference programming.

For the sake of time, we kindly ask that you follow our panel format of one moderator and up to four panelists.

Priority consideration will be given to panel pitches submitted by Americana Music Association members. If you're not a member, you may join here.
