Our host hotel will once again be The Westin Nashville for our 19th annual AMERICANAFEST®: The Americana Music Festival & Conference. The AMERICANAFEST® room block at The Westin Nashville is sold out. The Westin may still have rooms available at their going rate. Please contact the hotel directly at 615-248-2800.
 

HUTTON HOTEL, 1808 West End Ave, Nashville, TN 37203

An additional AMERICANAFEST® room block has been added to the Hutton Hotel. The room block will officially open for reservations on June 23, 2018. 

All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel’s Reservation Department by calling 615-340-9333 or by emailing hreservations@huttonhotel.com. Reservation requests via email will be responded to within 24 business hours. You must ask for in-house reservations and refer to “AMERICANA” when making your reservation with the block. Reservations will be accepted until August 13, 2018.

AMERICANAFEST® SHUTTLES:

The AMERICANAFEST® Shuttle is the free shuttle that runs between the host hotel and most AMERICANAFEST® venues. During the daytime events, the shuttle service will be available to and from most venues that are not within a walking distance of a mile from the hotel. Please check the details of the specific event for shuttle availability once the schedule is announced. The shuttle service is provided as a convenience. If you need to be at a certain event at a specific time, you might consider taking alternative transportation.
