The Americana Music Association℠ will salute the iconic Emmylou Harris with a star-studded evening on January 27 at City Winery New York City, including performances by Brandi Carlile,Mary Chapin CarpenterBrent CobbRodney CrowellSteve EarleValerie JuneJack IngramThe Secret Sisters and more. These prolific artists and special surprise guests will grace the stage for this one-time event, accompanied by a first-rate house band led by esteemed drummer Jerry Pentecost.

The momentous occasion will further commemorate Harris' recently announced GRAMMY® Lifetime Achievement Award.

Presented by the Americana Music Association℠ and Vector Management, A Salute to Emmylou Harris is part of a critically acclaimed ongoing series which in the past has included unforgettable tributes to Loretta Lynn, Glenn Frey and The Everly Brothers.

This year's honoree should come as no surprise. A three-time Americana Honors & Awards winner, as well as recipient of the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award for Performance, Emmylou Harris is an indisputable luminary with an incomparable career spanning over 40 years. She has seamlessly eroded musical boundaries with her signature silvery voice and crystal-clear songwriting, releasing over 25 albums while also collaborating with musical heavyweights ranging from Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan to Ryan Adams and Beck.

In addition, the Americana trailblazer has paved the way for countless musicians that have followed since the start of her career in the '70s, and she is among the foundational group of artists who initially inspired the vision for what is now the Americana Music Association℠; a community to call home.

Tickets to celebrate the work of this 13-time GRAMMY® winner at A Salute to Emmylou Harris will be made available starting with a special pre-sale for City Winery VinoFile and Americana Music Association℠ members* here on Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. (CST). Tickets will then go on sale for the general public here on Thursday, Jan. 18 at 2 p.m. (CST). Doors are at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 8 p.m.
