Membership Benefits
With your Americana Music Association membership you are supporting an organization that gives a voice to artists that otherwise would not be heard.
We are a professional non-profit trade organization whose mission is to promote awareness, provide a forum, and advocate for the creative and economic vitality of the Americana music genre.
Your membership contributions help us to produce our annual festival and converence, widely considered to be one of the best in the country, and to produce other events throughout the year in the spirit of connecting the artists under the Americana umbrella to an appreciative audience.
With membership, you have a voice in the voting of our Americana Honors & Awards "of the year" recipients. You also have a voice in the direction of the association with your voting privileges for the annual Americana Board of Directors elections.

Please note that ONLY Americana Music Association members may vote in the nominations and voting processes.
We do not have corporate or company memberships, only individual memberships. Since all of our members have voting rights, each membership constitutes one vote. Members get to vote in the Honors and Awards categories in the Summer, and for our Board of Directors in the Fall. All ballots are tabulated by our accounting firm, KV Financial.
We have two membership categories Professional Industry at $75 per year and Professional Artist at $35 per year. You MUST be a songwriter, musician or performing artist to register at the $35 rate. Both Industry and artist members receive the same benefits of membership including voting privileges.
