Lyrics--An American Art-form--benefiting the Americana Music Association will take place Monday December 14th at Tinney Contemporary Gallery in Downtown, Nashville from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
The event features the auction of lyrics from some of the greatest tunesmiths and musical icons of our era. The intimate evening fundraiser will also include special performances from acclaimed singer/songwriter John Hiatt and friends. Hiatt is an Americana Lifetime Achievement for honoree for songwriting.
"I am honored that these great artists have taken the time to pen and donate their works," says Americana Music Association Executive Director Jed Hilly. "Music is an art-form. To have chance to own a visual keepsake like this is priceless."
Tickets to the event, which includes cocktails and hors d'ouerves from the Clean Plate Club, are $75 dollars per person and may be purchased only by calling the Americana Music Association 615-386-6936.
