For four nights, the Americana Music Festival features approximately 100 live performances at five music venues in the vicinity of downtown Nashville.

Our 13th Annual event will take place September 12-15, 2012, gathering thousands of artists, fans and industry professionals from all over the world in Nashville, TN. With planning already underway, our 2012 Americana Music Festival & Conference promises to once again be the must-attend event for anyone who loves great music.

FAQ:  WRISTBANDS:

What does my wristband entitle me to?

Wristband wearers may attend ALL evening showcases at ALL participating venues on ALL nights. If there is a line at any of the venues, laminate badge holders will have first entry. 

How do I purchase a wristband(s)?

Wristbands will be available at all participating venues, the Americana Music Association store, the registration desk at the conference center, and selected retail outlets. Wristbands will NOT be mailed to you. The on-sale date is TBA.

Where do I pick up my wristband(s)? 

Wristbands ordered through the AMA online store can be picked up at the Americana registration desk at the conference center during specific times (TBA).  Wristbands will NOT be mailed to you. 

What if I'm unable to get to the conference center at the designated times?

We suggest that you wait to purchase your wristbands until they go on sale at the local selected retail outlets or at the evening showcase venues. Wristbands will NOT be mailed to you.

Will wristbands sell out if I don’t buy them in advance?

Probably not, although the possibility does exists. 

Are wristbands refundable?

No.

Can I get into the Award Show with a wristband?

No.

Will I receive confirmation indicating that my purchase was completed?

Yes. We ask you to bring it with you to the conference center.

Can I buy tickets for individual showcases?

Tickets for individual venues range from $15.00 - $20.00, and only provides access to that one venue. In the event that there is a line at the venue, priority entry goes to laminate badge wearers first, then wristband wearers, then individual ticket holders.

What happens if my wristband is lost?

In the event of a lost wristband, you will have to purchase another.

Does my wristband guarantee I’ll get in to the clubs?

In most cases yest, however in the event of a line, laminate badge wearers will have first entry priority. There is no guaranteed admission for anyone if a venue is at capacity.

Is there a shuttle bus?

Yes. All wristband wearers are invited to use the bus which travels from the conference center to all participating evening showcase venues.
